Using brushes from our 7 piece Vegan Brush Kit, loose shadows are best applied by ‘patting’ onto the eyelid and using a tissue under the eye to catch any ‘fall out’. (Or alternatively make up your eyes first before applying foundation). 2. Applying shadow directly over concealer on the eyelid will give more eye popping intensity of colour and a longer lasting application! INGREDIENTS
